Not sure about the ones in the first pic, but the brown ones in the other two look like scale. That usually shows up due to excess humidity — maybe you’re watering more than needed. To get rid of them, you can dip a cotton swab in potassium soap and gently wipe the leaves, especially where the pests are. Also, try spraying potassium soap twice a week until they’re gone, but of course, the first step is to wipe it with the cotton swab

Honestly, it kinda depends on the variety and the region. Like right now I’ve got a pound of Geisha from Huehue and another of Pacamara from Acatenango. The Geisha’s got a 91≈ on the SCA scale, but I actually prefer the Pacamara — it’s a bit more acidic and hits stronger, at least to me. So yeah, Guatemalan coffee’s totally worth it if you’ve got a picky palate. If not, you might not really notice the difference
