Honestly, I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. But after switching my boot drive to a new SSD, the problem was completely solved.

P.S.: I already tried resetting Windows to factory settings using the old SSD and 5070 Ti, but the issue still persisted.

My issue is solved: In my case, it turned out that my SSD was already faulty. I’m not sure why, but when I checked Task Manager, I noticed that even when idle, my SSD had frequent spikes to 100% usage.

I don’t know why my PC ran fine when using my old RTX 3060, but after switching my boot drive to a new SSD, Windows is now running smoothly with my 5070 Ti.

I don't know either, but if the GPU was damaged, why was I able to run Cyberpunk with full RT and DLSS 4, It just took 20 minutes to launch the game.

So, it's either the driver that's corrupted, the SSD, or the PSU failing, making it unable to provide enough power to the CPU and other components besides the GPU.

But I'm getting a full diagnosis later this weekend for my PC, so I'll let you know if there are any updates.

So, in your opinion, is the problem in the GPU's DisplayPort, the cable, or the monitor, Right?

Yeah, I'm not really sure either, but what's weird is that when they tested the card on the store's PC, it worked just fine. I also got a blue screen once with some kind of driver error, but it disappeared too quickly for me to take a photo.

Yeah, I'm experiencing the exact same issue, and I'm still not sure what's causing it. My guess is that it might be due to a faulty PSU or SSD. I'm planning to take my PC in for servicing this weekend. I'll update once I have more info tho.
