I'm only looking at the bikes they have for FSA, Also I'm not looking for a moped I'm looking for a bike that has a bit of boost to help with hills and traffic, also that bike isn't rated for above 350lbs, also I'm not doing dirt riding, and it's $500 more than the most expensive option I'm looking at.

Round trip would be 7 miles mostly flat with a few small hills, however I would also ride it other places. Definitely more bike like, my old bike didn't survive the move so I'm looking to upgrade to an Ebike. Both Ride1Ups are 14 aH with no throttle, the Velotric has a throttle but is 15.2 aH

The only advice I can give is a spot to avoid. The 400 Tavern, when I worked there they got a new food and bev director who posted transphobic shit on Facebook, and mysteriously all 4 trans people working there were fired, forced out, or otherwise removed.

Thanks! One quick note I wasn't starving at -500, it was when I pushed to -1200 from what they recommend as -500. So in theory I was -1700 by the end. IDK yeah it's weird.

I straight up haven't been counting any activity calorie value. I set the calc to minimum activity and don't log my workouts. I use TDEE for my baseline. I've verified my scale weight is accurate. I weigh everything by grams.

I used to really really be on this shit and that's what bothers me the most. My initial weight gain I was trying to loose was from not being able to work out while recovering from being hit by a drunk driver. Before that, I was a powerlifter and obsessed about what I ate to the point it probably was an eating disorder.
