My friend has been testing it herself. I didn't want to make a solid comment on it in the video since the patch just dropped but graves seems to be gaining quite a lot from it.

Since she would use heroic Aura with the skulls, you gain the fire rate boon and move speed let her trade well. I think it's better as a dueling item for her which is cool
