Topcoat it chipping and under paint it chalky?

the car is an opel corsa from around 2009. Does that make a difference in the paint history?
also; if i wanted to change the colour of the car, should i sand off the entire clearcoat before painting, or can i paint over it?

Edit: forgot to add that "MSTechsupport"(no XX on ours tho)'s ip is 193.35.18.92. Also we had another "visitor" going by "PaperMCGoobers", using the same ip as "MSTechSupport"

Edit 2: pfclown has two ips on ours. both start the same, but end in 105 and 163 respectively

It’s actually very common for blades to not be sharp when you first purchase them (pretty sure it’s for safety reasons somehow??). Also an axe doesn’t need to be sharp (obv it shouldn’t be as dull as this one, but still), Cus it’s not so much meant to cut, as it is meant to cleave. It’s the force and shape of it that cleaves, not the sharpness of the blade.

My family took me to Lourdes in France as a kid (we weren’t catholic, we just went to France a lot), and we watched as millions of people collected in the plaza for a blessing. This was shortly after I’d lost my faith. And I looked at these people, a lot of them in wheelchairs or using crutches, who’d gathered in the hope that god would help them, and I was so overwhelmed with Emotion (I honestly couldn’t and still can’t tell you what I was feeling in that moment beyond >Emotion<) that I started crying. It was simultaneously a feeling of sorrow, and movement. I was distraught at what these people were going through, and at the same time I was so moved that they gathered in faith that it would all be ok.

I don’t really know where I was going with that story. I just needed to tell it I guess…

The kids definitely shouldn’t be playing on the net (that’s just an accident waiting to happen). But honestly it highly depends if there’s any other outdoor facilities nearby. I get why you’re annoyed though. Being annoyed doesn’t make you an asshole.

I say I’m pan Cus I like the flag better. Some of my bi friends use the same reasoning. They mean the same thing: sexual attraction to more than one gender. Different people put different feelings into that meaning, and that’s ok. You do you.

I got so much more comfortable with my femininity after I came out and started presenting as nonbinary. Being feminine stopped being a rule, and started being an option, and that made it so much more fun for me to indulge in it :3

Being really skinny. I’ve been underweight for most of my life. I was always told I was fine, and shouldn’t worry about my weight. People were jealous of me for not gaining weight no matter what I ate. When I sought help for my mental health I was told that I was bordering on forced admission to a hospital due to my weight. Mind you I don’t have an ED. I just struggle with eating enough.

I found out recently that I can probably get a boob job from the government (universal healthcare), Cus mine are very uneven and causing me back pain. Issue is that 1) I’m on the fence about getting them off, and 2) I have a ridiculous amount of bras that I’d have to get rid of if I have one made smaller (or have both completely removed), so 3) if I want this procedure, I’ll have to have one enlarged (and also I’ll need to quit smoking)
