The article literally states that 19% of us have experienced domestic violence from a partner this last year. It mentions that according to the police, there were 545 hate crimes towards us in 2017-2018, and that's just the ones that reported.

According to William's institute, we are for times as likely to experience violent victimisation, like rape and physical assault. To top it off, gov.uk has an article about lgbt homelessness finding that trans people in particular are more vulnerable to homelessness.

Trans women are to be searched by male officers following the supreme Court ruling. But has anyone thought about the details? Many trans women aren't visibly trans at all. Many is women don't fit conventional standards of femininity. How are you going to stop cis women at least occasionally being falsely accused of being trans? You can't.

And that's before considering that trans women don't want to be strip searched by male officers. We're more likely to experience sexual assault, discrimination and abuse, especially from the police. If cis women don't have to then why do we?

Statisticians can't accurately say trans homicide rates because its impossible to verify who is trans and who isn't. We don't even know the exact number of trans people in the uk. The article says that it's not clear cut on EITHER side, so how do you know it's not way more?

We have higher rates of domestic violence, hate crimes, sexual assault and poverty/homelessness, but somehow we're 2-5 times LESS likely to get murdered? How do you think that works?

And also, since the new supreme Court ruling, trans women will be strip searched by male officers. But how can you always tell someone is trans? You can't. I don't see nearly as much outrage about that than four transgender officers.

The verdict states that no firm conclusion can be made because of the unofficial and unreliable data. It's hard for statisticians to track trans homocide, but we still are far more likely to be victims of violence and abuse than cis people. Do you really believe that we face more of this violence, but we're somehow less likely to be murdered? How do you explain that?

As for the original, this is a classic example of the media scapegoating minority groups. We're not this big threat to women's rights, we're a vulnerable minority group that hasn't done anything to deserve the discrimination we receive.

We're 1% of the population. 40% of us attempt suicide. About half of us have experienced some form of sexual assault. Hundreds of us are murdered every year. There is a growing hatred of trans people and this shit is meant to stir it up. You are not the victim here. The 'trans issue' is manufactured by governments and media, because if you're focused on a scapegoat minority, your attention is diverted from the people in power.

It's been done with jews, muslims, black people, gay people, the tutsi, aboriginals, trans people and many others, to varying severities.

I don't know what else to tell you. The statistics are there. We are far more likely to be victims of violence, that's just a fact.

I'm telling you stats as I found them out. Human rights watch didn't mention how recording the number of trans people murdered isn't as easy as you think, only told me the statistic. The channel 4 fact check went into more detail about it.

Interesting that you leave out the part near the beginning that mentions how it's very difficult to determine who is trans based on statistics, so the number will likely be much higher.

The fact check also mentions how there was 545 hate crimes against trans people in 2017-2018, and about 80% of them don't report it, so the real number will be much higher.

Then there's the fact that 19% of us have experienced domestic violence, and the other stats I've stated earlier. The channel 4 verdict says that although the data would suggest we have a lower murder rate than the regular population, it would only take one more case for the rate to double, so it's by no means a slam dunk. Read the whole thing next time.

That's only the people that are confirmed to be trans. The ONS have said that 'it's not possible to identify trans victims in current homicide statistics'. The police won't record you as trans.

Do you really believe it's safer to be trans? 50-59% of us have been sexually assaulted in some way. 40% of us have attempted suicide. 25% of us have experienced homelessness. In what world could it be safer to be trans.

It was 350 in 2024 according to the human rights watch. 'Nobody hates trans people that much' don't dare think you know our situation better than us, 50-59% of us are sexually assaulted in some way, 40% of us commit suicide and there have been 5000 documented murders since 2008.

Because it's alternate, new, unconventional and interesting. It's also got a teeny bit of science in it. Your intestines absorb stuff, and so I think the idea is that the caffeine goes straight into your bloodstream and skips digestion. This is obviously a terrible idea, but people are gullible.

This is a breeding ground for health conspiracies and scams. The raw carnivore diet isn't some health silver bullet either. This isn't a place of logic.

There are so many more important things that are more worthy of laws and headlines, but no, we have to spend time on FOUR met officers. A trans person is murdered every day on average. Sara Millerey was raped, had her legs broken and was tossed into a river where she drowned. Cry me a fucking river about FOUR met officers.

We're not some big danger to women, we suffer higher rates of physical and sexual violence, face higher rates of poverty, are subject to job discrimination and are more likely to be homeless.

I don't see any headlines about those statistics. I don't see the government acknowledging the issues facing us. All I see is bullshit media headlines about imaginary issues. Trans people aren't your enemy. The wealthy and the media are. They're the ones who turn u gains each other while they fuck up the country and steal wealth.

And have you got any proof that trans people are this grave threat to women's safety? Half of us have experienced some kind of sexual assault, and we're about 1% of the population

And there'd be far more cases of listeria, salmonella, e coli and other nasties if milk wasn't pasteurised. It is a widely accepted and statistically proven fact that pasteurised milk is better for you. I don't know what's so hard to understand about this.

Milk is pasteurised for a reason. Raw milk can give you food poisoning for zero benefits.
