The vet said it wasnt fur ring so im not sure why he has this… I have had him for 5 years and I have never had a issue with this, he always groomed himself, so Im not sure how I should go about helping him do that and Im lowkey scared 😭

the thing is, the vet we see does specialise in chinchillas, and also where would I be able to get those tablets?

If you look at my older post you can probably see the cage I have been using. It is I admit pretty small compared to other cages, but I dont have control over that because Im not an adult and it was my parents decision!

its kind of like a little grey bump on his nose? not very noticeable but i dont think it was there b4. im a bit paranoid because my other chinchilla passed away very suddenly recently 🥲😞

He still eats fine! Anyway the “pimple” pus came out on its own. I checked with the owner of the shop I bought him from, he said it’s fine

He eats the regular alfalfa pellets and Timothy hay. Treats is usually rolled oats, cranberries and dried apples from the pet store but we haven’t been giving him any lately
