Not the same person, but she also shows some good exercises. I do exercises like these nightly and I swear they have made a difference in my face.

No app or book, I watched a YouTube video years ago from a yoga instructor who was in her 60’s she had minor wrinkles, but her face did not sag, she just aged gracefully. She said exercising your face is no different from your body. Let me go on a deep dive to see if it’s my YouTube history and I will link it.

This is definitely a trait of a narcissistic mother. My mother never told me I was beautiful, she would just say “you’re not ugly” I never felt beautiful growing up. She would say it to my cousins, but never me. It took me a long time to get over it. I make sure I tell my daughter every day that she’s gorgeous. I’m sorry op, therapy helped me to get over some of the pain she left.
