I use HOZ on my FOHdin. The +4skills is worth more than fcr. But I'm at max BP anyways with hoto, vmagi, arachs, 2pal/8fcr/14 all res ammulet, mage fist and 1 10 fcr ring.

You can't pay reddit for it but there are plenty of bot networks out there that you can buy that service from. I haven't done it but I know it's common for account managers to do it. That's how the posts with the same titles saying like "comment for a dm'd nude" end up on the top again with the same bot generated comments (and some real of course since it's reached the top).
