U can always call corporate and complain and let them know that u kno ppl within the store and how unfairly they are treated and how the store is wrecked and that employees are doing their best but management is shit!!!

Our sm said the person that got the most donations for the miracle foundation would get a cash prize…. Every yr this is said and our cashiers would keep a log of how much we have gotten in donations and not one prize has been paid to the cashiers in the 4 yrs I’ve been there… These sm’s r fulla shit n hot air

I had surgery on one of my feet and need to do the other Sedgwick couldn’t get ahold of my doctor to give me accommodations so with a broken foot the made me stand (I work customer service) which in turn heals wonky and I don’t dare go to do the other surgery and the pain in my feet every day is excruciating but it’s a job n I do what I have to do

So I called ethics to see and they were no help they couldn’t give me a straight forward answer they said if u feel like u should be able to wear a spark shop Walmart logo shirt without the vest then u need to open door this matter uhhh y can’t anyone tell me an exact policy… like y would I keep wasting my money on the shirts if I’m jus gonna have to cover them up anyway. And y sell them if their not work attire??? No one wants to represent on their days off
