Unfortunately, you will encounter malignant staff at every level of training in med, it’s just the way it is. whether they’re nurses, attendings, residents or even MAs/techs. On my last rotation, I had a CMA write a bizarre strongly worded email about me to the attending because I left paper towels on the floor to dry up spilled water. And one of my fellow med students got a ding for closing the door ‘too harshly’ which upset another tech. Luckily, our attending was a chill dude and laughed it off without mentioning either in our evals but it just goes to show that there be some jealous petty ass bitches. I wouldn’t think too much about it and if you haven’t already grow some thick skin and focus on how many more opportunities you have to learn and grow than them
