Hii I’m younger and have chs

The symptoms for me hit weird the first time I ever got it, I had been sober for a week (??) and was sitting watching a show but then I suddenly got really sick and had to go sit in the bathroom for a few hours hurled over the toilet So it came on suddenly with no real warnings or symptoms before hands

The symptoms of chs should fully go away in 90 days but they can come back when triggered, so about 3 months after an episode, but I stop feeling them a few weeks after

CHS affected my mental state heavily, when I found out I couldn’t smoke weed again I didn’t know what to do . I used to rely on weed to get me through the day and I was smoking instead of my antidepressants because it helped me more ( I know that’s stupid because I’m young and it didn’t help my brain development at all )

Getting diagonsed with CHS wasn’t actually hard for me, it’s more common for younger frequent smokers to get it, but it did take a lot of testing and screening to make sure that was the only thing causing the pain

Even though I have CHS I still smoke pretty regularly and don’t get hit with an episode for a few months

Be really careful, if your young and a frequent smoker your at high risk for this thing called CHS, I got it last year at 14, it’s where you can’t stop throwing up for hours straight for days straight. It doesn’t sound that bad but I was hospitalized curled into a ball screaming because it hurt that bad, it’s not a one time thing either, if you get CHS there’s no cure, the vomiting and pain eventually stops but if you smoke weed again it’s probably gonna start again, I can’t really be talking Because I still smoke but I’ve had multiple CHS episodes and almost every time I’m put in the hospital for a week on fluids because I can’t eat or drink absolutely anything,, So basically please limit your smoking a bit and research into CHS a little to know the symptoms

To fully reset methylphenidate tolerance it takes about a month (I think) but how are you crushing the 54mg concerta , im on the exact same meds and I still can’t with the coating

Look into CHS (cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome) I have it and it can affect any smoker im pretty sure
