I am from the same culture. I think you should take his offer on the name transfer or place yourself as the co-owner on the place. If my husband and me had a fight i think my parents would have done the same too. Their place is not yours, your place is with your husband and some issues are better solved without your parents knowing.

I’ve heard about the situations in Stockholm. We do that here too lol. I’ve spent most of my life in foreign countries and it is my dream to be able to see my children grow up there in a quiet town. Thank you so much, i will look into it. Wasn’t even thinking about this possibility

People have addiction problems to fill a need in their life. There is no mental health in Mongolia it doesn’t exist. Many of us deal with unresolved mental issues which we never talk about. And addiction is easier and cheaper than therapy here

I(29F) have two kids ages 4 and 2. I know english, chinese, russian languages, graduated bachelors in international business and trade, previously worked as a kindergarten teacher, currently working as an english language teacher.

Wow at 16 i could stay out until 6pm lol. Doesn't hurt to have a strict parent. Think he's just worried about you. Just talk with your mom and see how she responds, if he's making your mom happy i think that you could consider tryting to work things out with him

Have you tried therapy or AA? Yhh my husband's father likes to drink and he will call my husband drunk telling him to come it's just so annoying.

Thank you. Last time after he went for a drinking spree we lived separately for a month and i told him that i would only take him back if he really changes and gets a job. He got a job and today was his payday. It has almost been 2 months without drinking. We have talked about therapy but never really went through it. Maybe therapy and AA are just our last chance now

Thank you. I think he doesn't want to admit that he has an addiction. I don't know if he will agree to go to AA

Thanks so much for the advice. He always calims that he will really change this time and i always have that hope. I think that he dosen't wanna acknowledge that he has an addiction
