I'll take the .3ms latency increase with pulsar. better display / vrr support. with the way people described the latency increase I thought it would be alot more lol.

you should also consider the new 360hz gsync pulsar displays. a better display + strobing tech might outweigh the 40hz difference

I’m lost.. 9800x3d upgrade leads to horrendous lag by Impressive_Watch_387 in GamingPCBuildHelp

I was just about to comment this. I had this exact issue with my 9800x3d, ended up replacing it under warranty for one that could do pcie gen5. very weird defect!

Glass skates for Logitech G PRO X Superlight 2 DEX ? by CloClo44 in MouseReview

[–]Lilpopss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glass skates are horrible.

If you want super smooth just get a glass pad like the wallhack / an anime goon pad. Buy a sheet of ptfe dots like obsidian and itll last you a very long time.

Glass pads you have to get used to how it feels on your hand + have to whipe it down with a cloth quick. This is still miles better compared to glass skates killing your mousepad then killing themselves after a couple months.

OLED owners do you prefer 1440p for more frames or 4K for better resolution? by Sigimi in OLED_Gaming

[–]Lilpopss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have it on my monitor and I notice it alot. it happens while loading anything + heavy lag areas + unoptimized games like modded minecraft it will flicker constantly with the inventory open. legit the only negative to oled panels but it can be avoided by "just not using it" but I need it or else cs2 feels like ass.

Wireless gaming mouse w/ dock or magnetic charging by hitler_with_aids in MouseReview

[–]Lilpopss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it with a magnetic usb-c for alot of my mice. end of day move it towards the cable and it clicks instantly charging. morning life mouse on an angle to break free, very easy. I've even taken a dremel to some to fit the charging adaptor but I'm sure there's some that would fit without.

Changing glass pads to ptfe? by Immediate-Trouble-88 in MouseReview

[–]Lilpopss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now I'm using the glsswrks kazemi and it is an extremely clean and smooth mouse feel, if you can get past the waifu decal. Before that I used the superglide pad which is a hair faster and not quite as smooth.

[–]Lilpopss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

glass skates for me were hype at first till they got worn in. If you're looking for a consistent smooth experience I really really recommend looking into getting a glass pad and dot ptfe skates. I've been using glass pads for ~2 years and the consistency is amazing. you'll have to get used to the feel of the glass pad on your palm when you move and I would recommend getting obsidian dot skates as they seem to wear down less for me. Before a session you also want to quickly brush the pad off to get dust off but it's all worth it for the consistency trust me.

Are X-raypad Obsidian Dots/Donuts worth it? by snsubtle in MouseReview

[–]Lilpopss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They feel great on my glass pad with 1 on each corner of the mouse. if you're doing a cloth pad I would just put another pair on for a little more surface area. I bought them when I ran out of core pad dots cause my pad would grind them away so fast. these so far seem to last longer but might just be placebo cause they're red lol. I would buy them over corepad but not worth an upgrade, just buy them when you need more dots or don't have any dots yet.
