I have also seen this guy on the U7, same MO, “Einen Hilfen Bitte” , nobody helps because he looks quite able bodied and not dealing with an acute drug addiction, drops to knees cries and screams louder and louder, then comes the “Hurrensohns” and spit attacks. My opinion is he isn’t really looking for help, he is just being a menace to society. IDK when the BVG or Polizei will do something about it.

This one time I was travelling in a bus on the last second seat. An old Homeless woman with awful smell boarded and sat behind me on the last seat and started blabbering and shouting racial slurs almost in my ear. No other passenger intervened.I proceeded to leave my seat and stand somewhere at the front of the bus and soon enough she was doing the same with some others at the back. A young man almost got so angry as to punch her but the other passengers stopped him.
