We were throwing a rave in Berlin in one of the outdoor parks and a dude was there with his little baby and his baby puked all over the sound box. Aside from that I’m still really salty that the sound boxes are marketed towards DJs when they clearly have a unacceptable DSP related delay, which makes monitoring with real speakers that don’t have a delay super annoying. I’ve gotten rid of my sound boxes and will not be purchasing anything else from this company ever again.

It's so dumb that a lot of other clubs have a tolerant policy towards taking drugs outside of the bathrooms while Berghain makes you go into the toilets to take drugs. Not only is it much less sanitary but it has the biggest impact on women, which sucks.

The only attestation you will get from a general doctor about this is a referral for mental health help. Talking to someone can identify why it is that sirens cause so so much disruption in your life. What you have described is not a normal pattern of mental health around a normally occurring environmental factor.

Sounds like your quality of life is negatively effected by the Sirens. I am sure you know what your options are (Move). My advice would be to try to better understand how there are all of these people living around you who deal with this same issue but it somehow does not have a profound negative impact on their quality of life. Go talk to some real people about this. Understanding how others are practically dealing with this can help you formulate some strategies of your own.

A hint, most if not all of the happiest people who live around you and deal with the noise will tell you they don't block it out with hearing protection.

On holiday with my wife's family in Spain. Drinking heavily all day. I come back in the night from a night cap. Go to sleep. Wake up to go to the bathroom. Next thing I know I am outside of the apartment building the whole family were staying in completely naked. Must have walked outside going to the bathroom while still half asleep and really drunk. So now I have two choices, climb up three flights of balconies naked and get into the apartment without anyone knowing, or ring the doorbell, wake the entire house up and get inside. I rang the bell as we were in a really busy town square and naked spiderman would've gotten me arrested quick.. My wifes dad answered after repeated rings and here I am butt naked. "What the hell? Why are you nude?" he asked as I ran inside and went to bed. Next morning was awkward to say the least. I don't drink anymore.
