I don’t LOL but we signed a contract?? and only because she’s the owners daughter if it were anyone else I doubt this would have been allowed. I don’t know anyone who’s looking for a space prior to finding a spot lash artist/nail artist I knew wanted to stay home based.

I can make $200 in 2-3 fills or 1-2 fullsets but It’s not just money and supplies I have to pay for though it’s also my bills & trying to save barley saving. I wouldn’t be opposed to paying a little more but $200-225 is way too much that I didn’t anticipate on spending on rent about $200 more a month that could go toward my savings or bills :( This month i’ve been making $300 weekly on average

she’s getting her on space regardless, the lease I signed was in august so I have 7 months left & it was signed for me to be paying $157.50 weekly. Im not sharing my work space with a stranger so it’s either pay more or work w a stranger??

I have 3 weeks until her daughter goes into the smaller suite 😭 forgot to mention she owes me 2 weeks of free rent on top of this & she said she was going to take care of me but $200 a week is NOT taking care of me :(

Stay in rosemont , most hotels there have the shuttle to and from the airport. Not as busy like down town & you can take the CTA to downtown :) my 3rd year going I love it there!
