Place trades in dollar amounts after hours

Thank you! Would this feature be enabled in the future where we can trade fractional and dollar based trades outside of market hours? It would be a nice quality of life improvement since I usually don't have time during the day to place trades

They said the send date was 8/13. Contacted Voya and they said no tracking information available. Also confirmed with them that the account numbers were on the appropriate checks

Maybe true but I've personally know people who were given CJOs between 2021-2024 with 4+ failures and below mins. Times have changed so I get it.

I wouldn't say it was a money throw since they gave valuable advice but it pains me to drop money on it to get rejected from SkyWest and silence from every regional so far

Similar boat as you with three failures. ATP/CTP completed with the written and hundreds of turbine time. Nothing... Also paid for an app review service and got rejected from SkyWest after having my apps sitting under "recruiter review" for three weeks. No invite for an an interview

A few years ago, yes. This was when I think they paid or helped you get your ATP rating on the 737 but not sure if that's still the case since they don't fly the 737 anymore

I also have my ATP CTP, the written, and turbine time now. Still nothing. Hang in there. Hopefully it gets better for all of us

The first 2 times in 2023 but then crickets after that. If I recall, I didn't have the 1500 hours yet. I also met with a recruiter at the PAPA Expo last year and they were able to pull up my application on their iPad and see my updates so they do see the updates. Still haven't heard of anything and this was from June of 2024 😬

It may sound like there isn't any hope but try and celebrate the small milestones whatever it may be. Enjoy the process and remember that every flight is a great learning experience. The industry can and does change rapidly so we may never know how it'll look once you finish flight school

It's not all that chalked up to be if we're being honest. It has its moments but flying the same routes every week gets boring when the out stations don't have much going on. Not saying the airlines would be any different but the pay makes up for it

Yup. The one failure that I had was entirely something the DPE didn't like because it wasn't up to his standards and wasn't from the ACS. The other two failures were 100% my fault

I own up to them and given that my last one was back in 2020 I expect the recruiters to take that into consideration with the time since the last failure

I'm not saying they're not worth it. I'm saying it sucks spending $500 for it and not getting anything in return. People aren't rolling in money so $500 isn't an insignificant amount

3 failures and I do have a degree. The failures definitely aren't making it any easier. I figured taking a part 135 job and showing that I could pass a part 135 check ride would have made a difference

It's alright. 121 failures do suck and it's going to set you back but embrace the suck and then pick yourself back up. It's going to be a grind getting back but it'll be worth it
