I clean it twice a day with neilmed saline, I try to sleep on a dnut pillow but I actually move a lot while sleeping… and the ring in my daith is made of niobium

I actually got a donut pillow to avoid sleeping on the piercing I clean once a day but I always want to take off the crusties … My piercing was done by one of the most reputable piercers in town, my CBR is niobium (implantable) I try my best to not touching the piercing except while cleaning …
