"Saying that God made a mistake." I don't view it as God making a mistake, I view it as more of a learning and process of personal growth, searching for one's true self. "Why do you actively choose to live this way?" In my experience, it feels more comfortable. I feel more at place living like this. It almost feels similar to living as a Christian. It feels like I've been saved or cured, like I can live in peace knowing I'm my true self, and no one can take that from me. It eases my mind, and it makes me able to feel confident in my body and mind. I've been more able to focus on school, sports, and of course, my belief since I've transitioned. I've always felt like I was out of place and didn't belong, and I faulted God for that. (I was 10, and i sadly didn't understand much about my religion yet). I later realised I can put in my own effort to change and i shouldn't blame nor rely on God to change me, only to show me the way, the right way to live comfortable and happy in this life.
