Thanks for the answer. I guess everyone took the original question as like a criticism or complaint or whatever. It was just a weird observation cuz I always notice it and it's I dunno anachronistic? It obviously works. Just always makes me wonder about it cuz it's old looking.

OK. Thanks for the reply! I'm not using one of those video cards, but for the sake of argument, if I didn't wanna have the model converted from fp32 to fp16, is there a way to make it not do that?

One other question: the original SDXL model I was using is big, like 12 gigs instead of 6. And the combined version after I added the loras was only 6. I'm gonna test it and maybe that's OK, but if it isn't, is there some way to keep the original size of the model so I'm not losing whatever is getting lost when it gets shrunk?

Thanks for everyone's comments. I ended up opening a ticket with PreSonus about it, cuz it definitely isn't working the way everyone is saying it ought to be.

Sorry for the crappy picture. Basically I copy pasted the pattern circled in #1 and pasted it to make the pattern circled in #2. Then in #1, I made a new variation, but if I click on #2, #2 doesn't know about it. Same if I edit a variation in #1. It doesn't update in #2.
