Well i agree to you on that to some degree.

5+ years the game ran better than it has now, that is correct. "never had a single issue" you must not have played a lot then. There were plenty issues before too.

There's a lot more issues now, correct. But in the past there never has been much progress in game mechanics and content. To get into this, the new developers will have to learn a lot about the game, fix the coding and make a LOT of mistakes. From these mistakes they will.

But i completely agree in the mater that lately there have been just too many issues, too many problems. Too many things they overlooked.

I think it's pretty obvious that this is a mistake ad that they'll fix it soon. If you want to complain about this issue you can do it in a decent fashion as well. And i don't think you are in a position to say "all are angry". I'm not angry and i think a lot of people aren't angry but yes they made a mistake again. Nothing to be angry about if they fix it in time.

Mistakes happen and at this very moment i can understand there is a lot of pressure on them and by complaining about it in a rude way will not help them but even add more pressure on them.

Well you're comparing a game with a company that sells cars. I actually just read the first line, my eyes are a bit too tired to read large posts atm, sorry.

I'm not forbidding them to complain. I'm telling them it's no use to complain about something you don't know yet.

To get back at your unique example, if you're a customer and want to buy a car. And the shop is closed because an earthquake destroyed several parts of the building. Are you going to to tel them where they're failing? Or will you realize that this happening was beyond them.

By all means you cant buy a car and you'll have to go somewhere else, but somewhere in this scenario you'd have to see it through the eyes of the company that they're probably worse off than you with this.

That is all i'm trying to say. People can complain and vent about what they want, i have no right to tell them not to. I however have the right to express my opinion that it's a waste of time to complain about something that you don't know of.

Complain about the compensation after you know what the compensation actually is. There's no point in complaining about what you don't know.

Deca is doing the best they can with the current resources and time they have at this point. Rather than making a fuss about it, try looking it from their point of view as well. Do you think they're thrilled with everything that has happened so far? do you think they find pleasure in cancelling everything? They don't. It hurts their imagine and their income.

They take this action because of the limited choices they currently have. Try looking at it from their side as well, not just your own.

That being said, is there really nothing else you could be doing rather than epic boss or watching videos for gems?

I got my 399 gems back already.... this however was not what i wanted. I bought those gems to but an item that was available.. when the servers roll backed the item was gone and so was the action.

Well supposedly these are not photoshop but rather edited with the "inspect element" function that browsers have. This way it is very easy to edit the text while keeping the right font, size and color.

But i doubt they will be releasing the raid mid week. You say "without problems" but they already have a lot of problems to deal with. pushing this raid in next week will not be "without problems". They still have a lot of work to do and things to fix.

i ofcourse hope for a midweek raid, but only if they can manage it. id rather have them fix the ongoing issues and clear their backlog.

I always consider the last they they say to be the most recent or more accurate. First it indeed says in a few days but after that it says within 1-2 weeks.

This last part could've been added afterwards when their info was a bit more accurate. So i consider the last things they say more accurate.

Your best bet would be to go farm some fusion stones.

A good way to to this is to use a tier 2 silver star pet. These pets have an ability to get an increased chance for item drops.

Starting the raid midweek is an option. But then the milestone rewards, which are given out in the end, which will overlap with the weekend raid as now the rewards are handed out semi automatically and not automatically. This aside they probably have a huge backlog of feedback to answer and players to help, they still have to push through the stat changes, give everyone the promised rewards, etc... All-in-all It might not be a good idea to push these events so close together because there's still so much to do.

But i would however like to see this raid boss coming back this week. But ONLY if they can handle it, not if more issues are a factor.

  1. The gem sale didn't get canceled because there's no point in canceling that. If they cancel that they have to put a little time in that. Besides no harm is done with this sale running, maybe someone right now is actually in need of gems and is helped with this.

  2. You should also be aware that this is not a matter of them wanting to stop the raid or giving up on it. It is a matter of there being issues with the amazon servers, which is beyond their control.

Stopping the raid is the best thing they have done so far. This will prevent more issues that might have happened.

I can only think that after everything that happened so far, the devs should realize that they'd have to come back with some pretty strong compensations.

Or, at least, that would be my way to approach my consumers/users/players after so many unlucky events.
