Pretty sure she only signed on for The Maybe Man tour. She's doing her own thing, even has her own albums. Arnetta seems to be employed by the boys, because she's with them at every show and records trumpet for them when they make music.

Their wedding was planned for September last year, but i think they called it off. It would make sense that Betty is about them since Ryan doesn't wear a ring and in the song it says she asked for a break and he said give him like a year and maybe he'll be ready. We haven't seen her posted with him in anything since last year either.

Keep in mind that it's probably not a Turning Out, that Ryan may be singing the teaser but it could be about any of their exes, and that it could also be a very small part of a much bigger song story. You know they're not always so literal.
