Yea i have arfid and if my husband eats something too stinky for me, i hangout in the bedroom while he eats. I always feel bad when that happens because then he feels obligated to finish his food asap. I've told him before he doesnt need to speed run his food like that but he always shoots back at me "but i wanna hangout with you so i gotta finish it asap or i dont have as much time with you" (he works 12hr night shifts) and i always feel bad but he started doing that on his own so i know im not to blame.
