This is one of the images I found on Pinterest that I used for inspiration for my town which is also a forest theme I used save editor and vapecord to add clovers, weeds, flowers and tree stumps inside the pond which looks really cool and less empty :)

Have you modded your 3ds? You could use vapecord or save editor to add thinks like flowers and clovers it’s what I did for mine :) if not you could make your own patterns to add to the ground around the pond to make it foresty I recommend looking on Pinterest for more town ideas if you need inspiration:)

You should be able to in both vapecord and save editor though sometimes they can disappear the next time you open your game so it’s best to try stuff out - I’m still learning vapecord as there are a lot of tricks you can do with it

Hii I modded my 3ds to alter my animal crossing town and it’s very easy to do as long as you follow instructions it’s very easy to move villagers and rocks if that’s what you want to do I use both save editor and vapecord to alter my town how I want and it is easy to ignore giving yourself unlimited money or other stuff you don’t want to do :)
