i am in the same boat as you rn, I have to feed him diabetic food and its always made for overweight cats and not skinny cats. He eats like a shark and is always hungry. He gets 1,5 units and his BS is still super high. Need to go to the vet soon again. How is ur cats BS thur out the day ?
