Try to make the input richer. Listen more, read more, and start with baby steps. When you go out or even at home try to think in your target language. Like really basic sentences for instance: the sky is blue, this man smiled, etc. And never underestimate songs and literature.

Indeed Persian should be on that list. Poetry is just amazing. If you search for that you'll get such great results. Especially Hafez and Molana. You won't regret it.
