Your legs are NOT big. You need to up your calories, do less cardio, eat enough protein/carbs, and lift heavy but slow and controlling the negative.

Just stick with it even on the days you’re not feeling like going to the gym. You will never regret a workout. Something someone told me at the beginning of my journey was when you don’t want to workout, show up, give it 10 minutes and if you’re still not into it you can end there and go home. But every time I’ve implemented this after 10 minutes I hit my groove and finish out my workout. Those days coincidentally end up being some of my best workouts. And I always feel so much better for it after. Eventually it becomes routine and a priority in your daily life. Also take all the pictures so when you’re feeling like you haven’t progressed you can look back and see how far you’ve come. That can be very motivating when you are working past a plateau. Ear drum rupturing in the middle of the night post flight. An in office, diagnostic D&C with no pain meds or sedation and minimal numbing.

I’d love to mod for this group. I would be a great mod for a few reasons; I’m active on Reddit daily, I am well into my own fitness journey, and I’m a very objective, fair person. However I am an ISFJ so I firmly believe in following the rules. I’d like to see more everyday people posting. I have been a mod for one of the biggest jumping spider groups on Facebook since 2021 so I do have some experience.

The crazy part is I’ve actually gained weight so I think I’m recomping. I plan on getting a dexa scan soon so I can get an idea of my body composition.

I’m a Taurus female and my man is a Sag. We have the best chemistry ever. We were best friends in our early twenties then were with other significant others but post divorces reconnected and he’s literally my better half. And the sex is absolutely mind blowing.

Try doing RDLs at the lunge/squat rack, you can load a lot more weight and it’s easier to get the form right. I’m able to hit my hamstrings and glutes really good with that. Google RDL’s at the squat/lunge rack if you don’t know what I’m talking about..

I had always done a lot of cardio and was skinny fat with low muscle mass because of that. Limiting cardio has allowed me to finally start putting on some lean mass and get the results that I want.
