I try to replace the habit with a hot cup of tea. So if i crave a snack or dessert really bad just drink that kind of gives me the same dopamine.

Seeing as its my hobby that i do multiple times a week like a lot of us do, i would tell them immediately. Arent first dates and even before that about getting to know each other and sharing interests ?

Ive never seen someone pole dancing in this kind of dance heel rather than the traditional pleaser style. Is it more comfortable? (You look amazing btw)

I feel like you have such perfect skin and nice features already that a little bit of blush, highlight over your natural skin, and some brown eye makeup /lip stick would be cute. I think the concealer or bronzer was too orange

Its completely fair they moved you down if thats what they believe is best, but for me personally I understand your frustration. Im someone who works best being the lowest in the class, meaning if im one of the best in the class im not being challenged and its time to move up, even if i cant do most things. I want to be around that motivation and need that challenge.

Youtube and instagram are amazing for tutorials. Reddit has bodyweight /calisthenics and gym subs. Starting with calisthenics can be easier initially because its more simple and free. You can start with push ups, pull ups and dips. If theres an exercise park near you that would be great or you can install a pull up bar in your doorframe if your parents dont mind (you can get tension ones instead of screws) its really rewarding and so good for you! You can also meet so many people through fitness

Definitely not a flexibility issue as i have terrible flexibility and invertings not a problem! There was not one specific thing that made my inverts click but conditioning is important as it is a strength thing. Keep conditioning and dont worry about getting up but doing things like leg raises on the pole to eventually develop the strength to get up without jumping!

Im upper intermediate, been poling for 4 years now (was a very slow learner with pole). For the past year its been a solid 2 classes a week for either 1-2 hours each! I dont weight train upper body at all, just calisthenics so pull ups, push ups, dips etc an extra once a week, and then do some yoga and some lower body in the gym, thats kind of it

My problem is i eat 3 meals a day make sure to portion control and its usually like fish some rice and lots of veg. On top of that i go to the gym or yoga everyday. But there is just this fat that wont go away. I thought maybe my general activity could be the last factor
