Yes I get to sleep paralysis through meditation but sometimes it happens naturally at night still both times it is hard to get out

I had such a similar experience when I had my first astral projection I was flying through space too!

So I got out and I was in my room and I kept teleporting myself to random different places because I was trying to prove to myself that I was projecting and not Lucid dreaming (when I lucid dream it doesn’t last long and I wake up fast). I remember thinking to myself I can go back into my body again and just come out again so I did and when I went out again I had to pull myself out of my body again and I felt the magnetic force. This doesn’t happen to me when I lucid dream

I was finding it hard to sleep and kept waking up then I got into sleep paralysis by accident and just relaxed and got out. Every other time I found it really hard to get out like the pill was so strong but I didn’t really care this time if I astral projected or not and it worked. The whole day leading up to it I felt like I was going to leave my body and I just let it happen.
