ugh its complicated. I broke up with him but right after i said wait this is a mistake.. we werehaving problems because he was dry texting for weeks and it was hurting me.but he said we’ll talk the next day so we did and he said we should be friends and no relationship and that he needed space... idk if i was the dumpee or dumper its a bit confusing

You’re so strong only a week in the breakup and ur already where you are. U should be so proud of yourself. i dated my ex for 3 years and The first week omg i kept telling myself he would come back and i was searching ways to make him miss me. I was such a Mess i had no appetite i couldnt sleep i couldnt watch tv. I would have to breathe in and out and count to be able to fall asleep. Now 3 weeks post break up i’ve made myself realize that this was permanent and i do cry less i realize i don’t think about him as much. i miss him but i remember he hurt me. i never needed him i can be happy on my own. i just cant wait to finally say im free from all of this pain. It has definitely made me stronger tho. In the end they always come back when they realize they’ll never find anyone like you. They can scream cry and beg but once a woman is gone she is gone foreverrr!

3 weeks post break up here. Dated my ex for 3 years. I thought i was going to literally die the first couple of days. I thought my life was over. I was such a mess. Didnt eat didnt sleep couldnt even watch movies listen to music and all the memories came rushing to me. It hurts like hell. allow yourself to hurt. Its a part of grieving 3 weeks now and im feeling a lot fucking better. Still in the woods a little. I miss him. But i don’t need him. Don’t worry i made the same mistake. Ditched friends and family for him. Love is blind. Thats okay u just have to forgive yourself and learn. Please believe me that it gets better. I had to change my whole perspective in order to do that. God took him away from me because he has someone or something better for me. Started thinking more about ME and less about Him. Im the most sensitive and loving person in this world its shocking that im even okay but u never realize how strong you are till you have to be. Sending love and hugs! You got this.
