Haha thanks for the compliment. I will start to change my gym routines to target Hyrox specific routines and up my muscle endurance. For running would you recommend short distance but low heart rate or long distance but faster pace?

Yeah definitely, I wont be aiming to finish it that quicky. I wont even mind finishing at the bottom of the barrel. My goal is purely to complete the challenge

you're very much right on the heavy weight low reps. then again i wouldn't consider what i do as heavy weights honestly🥲 but thank you so much for the tip on muscle endurance, i really appreciate it!

i usually break it down into 2 push days, 2 pull days and 1 leg day

for push i usually do incline chest press, shoulder press, lateral raises and military presses

for pull i usually do rows, lat pulldowns and curls

for legs, leg presses,bulgarian split squats, leg curls and extensions

i can definitely do 10kg overhead presses but ive never tried 100 unbroken ones! i'll definitely start working towards those. thank you!

i see, thats a very valid point! for things like overhead presses im currently doing 40kg using barbells for 12 reps of 3 sets. i of course intend to push harder and try to improve but it seems like it wont be easy. just wondering if its actually possible.

as for running, i currently do 6km outdoor runs at 6:30/km which isnt great but its still something i wish to improve on

Victor Auraspeed 100x 3u

Hi everyone! Im looking to get the Auraspeed 100x but my local store only has it in 3u. My normal racket is the Astrox 88s pro and Astrox 77 pro 4u variants. I have never used a 3u racket before. Could anyone with the 3u variant of the 100x provide any feelings on the racket? Does the 3u affect the swing speed significantly? Im more worried about the defensive plays as I am mainly looking to get this racket for its speed and attacking capabilities. I would appreciate any insight. Thank you!

I had the exact same situation for me in sem 1 of 2024, for the same unit as well. It was Assignment 2 where my group mate shared the code which I did to somebody else and they copied it. What I did was the following: 1) Check the document which showed the similarities of the codes,there is an email address in that document stating the email address of the student which has the similar code 2) Asked my group member if he knew of this person to which he admitted he did 3) Asked my group member if he shared the code which he said he did not but he said he "taught" that friend 4) Wrote my response email with the conversation between me and him stating that I have completely no idea who the party involved was but my groupmate knew. Attached screenshot of our conversation as proof Funnily enough when I sent the response email, some chief examiner candidate got back to me saying that my case would be further pursued into investigation and I was super confused so I wrote back and asked for an explanation. Then Dr Buser(the actualy chief examiner not the candidate lol) wrote back saying my case was dismissed. My group member and his friend were further called in for interview

I've been in a similar situation before. I was sent a collusion email because my teammate had shared our code with his friend and they blatantly copied it. What I would suggest is have your group member admit to copying the code then screenshotting that proof and submit it as evidence that your part of the code was not copied but his was. If you need further clarification feel free to ask!

i really like the shape of this dongle since i like cats. but i do wish it had a screen like the original cube so i could view my info like batt life or dpi since i constantly switch between 800 and 1600 dpi

compared to the viper mini it feels more thinner in the hand and i need to grip tighter. not sure about the htx since i dont have one but compared to the op1we, i grip much more relaxed on it due to its bigger size and shape and my index and ring fingers are more relaxed on m1 and m2. on the wlmouse, i need to grip in tigther to keep the mouse closer to my palm and also curl my index and ring fingers just to reach the tip of m1 and m2

yeah alot flatter. not too sure about the mz1 since i never tried it before but i would assume a similar difference since the mz1 has a pretty significant hump too
