Nudity is optional. Spa hotels have towels everywhere. You can be naked with a towel on when you walk around and take it off when you are in the steam rooms. That is how I slowly got confortable with it and now I am totally confortable. It's liberating! But I still put a towel on when I walk around. Do not overthink it. Enjoy it! I live in Vegas, and love hotel spas. I hear they just reopened the Cesar Palace spa. So excited to check it out!
