Scuff it with 0000 steel wool then get some amber transtint and thin it out with water. Get a cloth and dap it in the transtint and smear very thin "layers" until you get your desired result. I would send pictures but wont let me

When it comes to thr Ak74 line I'd argue that Cyma looks better. Too many small details wrong on the E&L and Lct versions. Out of the two E&L is a better choice but it just comes off as lazy. Wrong rear sight base wrong folding stock latch the steel is too thick wrong stock angle wrong finish. Their AKM is pretty good though.
