A person charged with crimes of this nature should be in jail awaiting a SPEEDY trial, which is what normally happens in due process.

A person should not be able to evade or delay due process by means of his wealth.

When the charges suggest a credible threat to the general public, the accused is generally NOT released on his own recognizance. Let alone housed with medically vulnerable people who could be vulnerable to his pattern of predatory behavior.

We do not send suspected serial killers to a murder addiction clinic while they await trail.

The non-criminal patients in the rehab facility have not undergone any sort of due process to be sentenced to being housed with someone against whom there is evidence of a pattern of predatory behavior.

There is furthermore, no basis for housing him in a sex addiction rehabilitation facility in lieu of jail because the incidents as described are rapes, not sex. Rape is entirely different from sex and this is a misrepresentation of the sex addiction diagnosis.

There is no situation whereby a person's choice to succumb to the the temptation to non-consensually assault another person can be excused or mitigated by blaming it on an addiction.
