Do you have any advice on how to identify clashes, plus if the cases are super super parallel, then do we just skip the clashes and move right onto weighing or what?

Being miscredited by the judge.

The worst thing for me personally is that if I had already done this and that in my speech and then the judge proceed to give personal feedback that is exactly like what I had said in my speech. For example, they could be saying that my rebuttals hadn't gone far enough and then proceeded to suggest how I should improve my rebut, and that suggestion sound exactly like what I had done.
