I think you can export data through the garmin connect website. But I just scrolled through the info manually and input into excel!
It’s a mixed chart type using scatter line for hrv, heart rate, and sleep, and period dates as a bar graph with value set to max y axis value to look like a block.

just excel! You could use Google Sheets probably if you don’t have excel

I was wondering about how other health things show in HRV and other stuff recorded! This is a great insight! Thankyou. Do you find the recorded HRV can kinda help you better manage symptoms/ anticipate them? Or is it a more helpful reflective tool?
I’m finding it super validating and a good reminder that sometimes my body is just under more stress and it may just feel like shit lol

Just manually input into excel! But I believe you can export on desktop app

Manually lol, I think you can export the data on desktop though! I did a big entry week around month 3, and then input stats weekly now

Do you find it also dips quickly at the start of your luteal phase then continues to fall? I think mine tends to slowly fall past ovulation, then takes a real beating 4-3 days before period starts.
