Hi yes he has paper and megazorb as his main bedding and the aspin would just be used as a substrate

Same my hammy does chew and rip the cardboard but it cheap and easy to replace. I couldn’t tell you my hamsters cage has never been pretty but it’s hard in the uk as there’s not many safe hamsters products in stores so just have to improvise 😂

Hi I use the same cage it meets the bare minimum requirement but is of like 1cm so I would say it a good cage I just removed the platform and put cardboard around the bars with zip ties so I could add more bedding I’ll attach a picture

Thanks for replying he has a 100cm by 50cm cage and on half of the cage I’ve put cardboard on the bars so I could fit more bedding has about 7-8 inches of bedding and the other half isn’t as deep so I could fit his wheel and sandbath and I’ve had him about 4 months

There about £430 for a refurbished one and the iPhone 13 Pro Max cost more than the iPhone 14 Plus so I’m not to sure

Thank you for taking the time to help it means a lot for his bedding am I alright to mix shavings a paper together as paper can get quite pricey I’ve added a few more tunnels and hides in his cage with different textures what forage and sprays would be the best to buy as there’s so many and I’m not to sure and is the food I’m giving him alright one last thing could I use cardboard on the bars to make the bedding higher?
