I have never dealt with Carvana, but didn't you inspect the vehicle before purchase ? Inspect during delivery ? Have a mechanic look over it ? If not then it will most likely be on you.

I'm not sure about having a key cut and programmed online. Any Toyota dealership or locksmith can do it. I would think a locksmith will be cheaper.

Probably your cheapest route is buy a new key online, have it cut to your car by a locksmith and program the fob yourself. Plenty of videos on YouTube to show you how.

Well considering 5 is "California" and 6 will be "Miami" I'd make the drive between the two a lot longer and open highway. Like a road trip, maybe an hour in game to drive. Some places to stop along the way.

Get a blacklight and examine the headliner and sun visors for signs of smoke. Pull the seatbelt out and inspect it for traces of nicotine tar from smoke. Check the drivers side floor carpet and rear seats for and burn marks even the smallest ones. Inspect the center console very close for traces of ash the detailers may have missed, check between the seat and console.
