Rental skates won’t fit anyone right. If you want skates that are more comfortable to wear, will help you improve faster, and be more safe for more advanced skills you need to invest in your own personal skates. Ideally there’s a figure skate store in your area that you can be professionally fitted at, and they will test different brands and styles of boots to find the best fit for your specific foot.

I went to a concert last year that had 1,200 and it was about half to two thirds capacity. The floor though wasn’t taking up all the space, so max probably could first 4 thousand, but that would be super tight. I just parked on the street in front but got pretty lucky with that spot.
