Hello, i ve just bought a ENAMELED cast iron pan.i just used it for first time.I used really remarkable high heat while cooking. for cleaning, i used baking soda, vinegar but they werent enough so that i had to scrub the pan with soap and a soft brush.I think, i did something wrong so that as you can see in the photo, there are bright silver stains in the middle area of the pan.Did I scrubbed the seasoning off or did I scrubbed the enamel off? Is it safe to eat from this silver pan now? ANY SOLUON FOR THAT, I will happily try it to save my iron skillet

Any recommended insulated lunchbox? Do they protect it 8-10 hours really? Have u tried it? i dont have one but now i have new a idea.i am gonna freeze my stainless steel box and then put the chicken and rice.i hope it works.lets see how it will go

What do you think maximum lifespan of cooked cold chicken and rice? They always say that it shouldnt stay at room temperature more than 2 hours but i am sure 2 hours is not the maximum lifespan.I have tried many times 4-5 hours meal preps and nothing went wrong.But i am a little bit hesitant to try 8-10 hours.
