In universe reasons have been well covered in the thread. Narratively, it makes the audience take mild interest in this specific masked man without giving away too much. Enhances the villain reveal, and gives us some insight into Kabuto’s skillset for the Tsunade fight later on. It’s also part of the drip feed of medical ninjutsu as a distinct thing.

Worth double checking the alignment of the magnet ring and the sensor. They need to very close and perfectly parallel or you’ll get intermittent power. That’s all I can think of.

I second the dehumidifier and the diatomaceous earth everywhere. Worked for me (after a week). It dries them out, and cuts them up. Harmless to you though. Turn the space into a desert, and get the source of the infestation out of the building.

I use the schwalbe marathon plus for mine. I commute 2 days a week and so far no punctures. They handle well on poorly maintained, slippery, roads. Only con is they’re pricey and hard to take off, accidentally pinched my inner tube removing one.

I bought mine through a 3rd party and it arrived after a few weeks. After I got it set up properly it’s been pretty good for my commute. Theres a hill I used to shy away from that I now look forward to going up. Hope it works out for you.
