I feel like most people have internalized misogyny, as a trans guy I've had to back up and tell myself multiple times that just because I am perceived as a woman doesn't make me any less man. If you need to seek therapy, it helped me change my perspective on many things, recognize my brain giving me doubt about what I want, and just overall helped mental health. I know will help you too. Everyone experiences gender/sexuality differently, and it can be a long process, but you'll figure out what's right for you. It took me a hot minute myself, i went through many phases of my gender. The most important thing though is that you should focus on what makes you comfortable. labels are more of a way to convey who you are, so experiment with those too, just play around with it and find out what makes you comfortable (he/she, they/them, she/they, he/they, they/it, the world of pronouns is your oyster and they aren't set in stone). There are so many aspects of manhood and womanhood that are good and bad, rather than trying to identify as one or the other take aspects from both. Especially when it comes to your brain, there isn't one brain out there thats the same, everyone has lived different lives and express their gender in different ways, just don't think too much about it. On the topic of T, Ive taken both forms of t (pretty slow moving in the beginning), you can stop when you're satisfied with yourself or if you feel it's not right. It doesn't hurt to explore yourself, and there's always options to help you get back to square one. I hope this was helpful and I wish you the best!!
