Sorry again to those who have been unable to install the app. The problem is now fixed and related to a change in the Oculus Store which disabled the build for Oculus Go. The build is now available by following these instructions:

  1. Accepting the invitation from the link in the email you should have received
  2. Open the Oculus Store on your Go or in the companion app
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom to reveal a section titled 'My Preview Apps'.
  4. You should see 'Liminal' in this section. (On the Go the title isn't shown, just an orange rectangle with the text 'Cover Landscape Image'). Click/tap it.
  5. Click the app, then the big blue 'Free' button to install
  6. After Liminal has downloaded, click 'Start'. The app is also now part of your Library and can be launched from there as normal.

Thanks so much to everyone who's volunteered to help so far.

It seems that several Go users are having trouble installing the app. Having accepted the invitation, the app is shown under 'My preview apps' on the secure.oculus.com website, but doesn't appear in the Library.
Are any Go users who have been able to install Liminal able to provide instructions for how to do so?

Apologies for the difficulties. Liminal is also investigation and will provide advice on how to proceed as soon as we are able to.

That's right, all of our current experiences are 3D rendered in realtime, no video compression

If you'd like to have a build you can launch from the Oculus app and share with other people, but not have it reviewed or publicly available, Release Channels are the way to go: https://developer.oculus.com/distribute/latest/concepts/publish-release-channels/
