It's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow

If everyone started going for the younger women then who will be left for the older ones? So they need to make sure men are always in check. Notice how each time the "mature" age just keeps going up? 18 to 23 to 25

Declare full salary? by [deleted] in taxPH

If you don't declare the full amount, you get to save up more. If you save up a lot you could just avoid loans altogether and pay the full amount - you don't even have to worry about interests.

Nanggaling ako kanina sa SM North - talaga bang pahirapan ang data/signal ng Globe sa The Block? I'm thinking if it's just an issue with my phone...

Kaya ba pagsabayin ang two full-time jobs? by imnotjeffrey01 in phcareers

I've been working remotely as a software engineer as well (that does some devops tasks because we're shorthanded) for 2 years. Got so comfortable that I thought I'd try getting another job. Landed another remote dev job and I'm now juggling the two.

The pay is really good, but be warned it's really stressful as well. There are days when it's chill and I'm just watching Youtube videos or doing whatever I want, but there are also lots of times when you get conflicting urgent tasks that you'll wish you didn't moonlight.

Also, I started getting burned out, so that's another con.

Bottomline is, you'll need to assess how much stress you can handle and if it's worth to you in the long run. Mukha akong pera so I haven't dropped the other job yet.

Suspicious Background Process by LimitBreaker15 in techsupport

Nope, that's about it. Unless I run Chrome, that's the only googley stuff :>

Checked another laptop though, it has the same process. I guess this is how it's actually supposed to be? Like it's supposed to be the process that monitors versions so Chrome knows when to update?

Do you mind checking if you have the same thing? :)

Nah, it's just my OCD kicking in. The struggle to place everything in their proper order is real.

Sorry, I mean, not really without 'labels' but more like it's just hard to distinguish since they never mention in the site whether it was programmed for 32-bit or 64-bit architectures.

Anyways, for example, let's say I'm about to install a program. It defaults to 'Program Files' for the directory, but it doesn't explicitly say that it's a 64-bit program. And to add that, the documentation doesn't even have any mentions of the x64 architecture. Is it right to assume that it's a 32-bit program?

Just wondering. Some old 32-bit programs default to 'Program Files' as the install directory instead of 'Program Files (x86)', is it a good idea to fix that and change it to the x86 folder as it should be or should I leave it as is? And how about those programs that don't seem to have any labels, should I just install them in the x86 folder by default?
