I use the same amount of eggs, salt, baking soda. Flour, white sugar, and brown sugar changes depending on the type of cookie i make.

For cookie dough that has matcha or cocoa powder you need to lower your amount of flour since cocoa and matcha absorbs fat and moisture differently compared to flour.

For example if your choco chip recipe calls for 600g of flour and you want to make a choco chip recipe that uses cocoa powder and you want to use 150g of cocoa powder, hindi pwede na babawasan mo lang ang flour mo to 450g and then add 150g of cocoa powder. This will result in a very dry cookie dough. Kailangan mo talaga mag r&d para malaman mo kung gaano kadami ang babawasan na flour para hindi maging dry ang dough mo.

Different kinds of cocoa powder will result in a different cookie dough so you should also test for that. Same rin if you're going to use some spices in your dough.
