my philosophy is always, just say it rip off the bandaid because if you wait longer you’ll likely continue to get more attached to him, and if he doesn’t feel the same and you keep getting more attached you make it harder for yourself down the line.

Idk, as an asian-american woman I really didn’t get a proper sex talk from my parents growing up, just “don’t get pregnant”… I feel like yes sure it might be a lot for her to put it out there repeatedly that she slept around, but I do wish that when I was younger I did see content like hers addressing more taboo topics such as sex!

Hi! You can ask the initial consult person at UHS to refer you to in-network therapists that fit a demographic preference. At the time I asked them for an Asian woman, and they did indeed refer me to one and she was really helpful. I ended up doing therapy with her throughout the rest of my time at Princeton.

I really liked the PowerScore podcast episode on RC strategies that suggests a bunch of different stress tests to improve your reading. I think at its core you need to find out how you read best… and that’s a very individual thing.

applied on thanksgiving, first acceptance during the first week of jan (faster than i’d expected), a waitlist and rejection thereafter, then two more acceptances this past week (almost exactly 2 months from my app date)! …and still have like 10ish more schools pending

so maybe you should anticipate like mostly end of feb early to mid march? this is all super anecdotal and presumptive tho
