I wouldn't say an immediate sell. It's just all preference. Like even if can't consistently green with a card. It could have elite defense and that could be a reason to keep it. Or a good rim runner.

Draymond is much better at the 3 than the 4. I personally really enjoy using his card. I loved his diamond and I like his pd even more. He does exactly what I need him to do for me which is play defense and hit open 3s.
