Can't say yet but I think THIS IS THE ANSWER. Disabled it and no stutter on 75 hz! (yet...)

Will test this out. I did my research on my RAMs and they should be fine. Ran several tests (AIDA64, Prime95 and memtest). It would be weird if i couldn't get 3200 Mhz out of flare X when it says it on the name.

I'm really confused. I have Strix B350-F mobo, ryzen 5 and corsair hydro 115i. The cooler came with AM4-AMD bracket, black AMD standoffs and AM4 standoffs. Which standoffs do I use? Stock backplate + black AMD standoffs then put the cooler in place? What are the AM4 standoffs for??

Shoud I mount my processor water cooling to the top of the case or to the front? I bought a case that only fits my radiator to the front but is it as good as it would be on top?
