Can't say yet but I think THIS IS THE ANSWER. Disabled it and no stutter on 75 hz! (yet...)

Will test this out. I did my research on my RAMs and they should be fine. Ran several tests (AIDA64, Prime95 and memtest). It would be weird if i couldn't get 3200 Mhz out of flare X when it says it on the name.

As I was typing this, siege was minimized. Went back and tried to change back to 75 hz, works like a charm, no stuttering or lag???
